SHIPPING, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We use different courier services depending on the city of destination.

Delivery time

Our delivery times are usually within 3 to 10 days depending on the country of destination but can be affected by unforeseen events and we take no responsibility for such disrruptions. Please be aware of your country's customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.
Orders will ship out same day if placed by 11:55am CET. We provide a tracking number for all shipments, so you can follow your order at the couriers´ websites. If you experience delays, please contact hello@saltamontes.com so that we can track your order.

Taxes and destination charges

You are responsible for any additional charges and fees incurred in customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. You should verify that the merchandise is unworn and the packaging intact. This is a mandatory condition for exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to SALTAMONTES. We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.

How to Exchange or Return

Please email us at hello@saltamontes.com and state your name, email, order number, which goods you wish to exchange or return. We’d love to hear your feedback too (it helps us to make our Furoshikis better). 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing time

If you have requested an exchange or refund, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when processed.
